8 RODYK is a mixed-used development project, comprising 50 units of apartments of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom, and 3 units of existing warehouse units. The site is located along Singapore River within the URA Robertson Quay Envelope Control Plan. The control plan require the first 16m of the existing Warehouse units be ‘retained’ and raised approximately 1.2m to the level of the pedestrian river promenade resulting in the reconstruction of the retained warehouse, the building to be built to the common lot boundary edge forming an urban block, a 1st storey continuous covered walkway linking to the adjacent development and a maximum of 10 storey.
